1. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a BarksBook subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated for your plan.
2. Subscription and setup fees
BarksBook SaaS subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Setup, onboarding, configuration, data migration and other setup-related fees are also non-refundable.
3. Non-transferable services
BarksBook subscriptions, setup services and other purchased services are non-transferable and may not be assigned, resold or transferred to another Business or account.
4. Duplicate charges and billing errors
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount or billed after a timely cancellation, contact us promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected, including a refund where appropriate.
5. Taxes and third-party fees
Taxes, payment processing costs, app charges and other third-party fees are non-refundable where they have already been collected or retained by another provider, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Billing help
Use our Contact Us page and include the Business name, account email, charge date and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional information needed to identify and review the transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
